Warm day-time temperatures are experienced throughout summer and winter and allow Sango to welcome guests throughout the year.

In summer (October to April), day-time temperatures range from 29 - 41°C (85 - 105°F), while the evenings are warm but pleasant.

In winter (May to September), day-time temperatures range from 18 - 29°C (65 - 85°F) while the evenings and early mornings are cold with temperatures falling as low as 1°C on occasion.

The rain season commences in mid to late November and lasts to the end of March.
