All daily rates are per person and include the following:
- Accommodation, all meals and beverages
- Full use of camp and designated tourism facilities
- The services of a qualified and licensed professional guide
- The use of a modern 4 x 4 safari vehicle
- Taxes
Our daily rates exclude the following:
- Air and/or road transfers to Sango
- Hotel accommodation before and/or after your stay at Sango
- Hunting and related trophy costs
- Medical air rescue service (available upon request)
- Gratuities
The award of gratuities is at the sole discretion of our guest. A standard rate of 10% of the daily rate is typical in Zimbabwe, but gratuities may be based on the level of satisfaction with the services received. Gratuities are shared amongst the staff at Sango.
Terms and Conditions:
A deposit of 50% of the total cost of the stay is required to reach us six weeks prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellations between seven and 30 days prior to arrival will result in 25% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.
- Cancellations between six and two days prior to arrival will result in 50% of the total cost of the stay being withheld.
- Cancellations a day prior to arrival will result in 100% of the total cost of the stay being charged.
- Premature departures may be charged for the full extent of the stay that was booked and confirmed.
Receipt of deposit or prepayment assumes unconditional agreement to our terms and conditions.
Child Policy:
Sango welcomes children 12 years and older although dispensation can be made for younger children if requested at the time of booking.
